The objective of the training is to learn the principles of planning strategies and measures in risks, as well as to get acquainted with the identification and hedging of risks in the most important areas of management and with the role of the manager in the field of risk management. Participants will learn methods and techniques for risk elimination, learn to create risk management processes, get to know the norms and standards used in risk management. The purpose of the course is to learn how to prevent problems and avoid crisis management.
