Requirements of the ISO 19011:2018 standard

Course objectives

During the training, you will get a detailed overview of the revised ISO 19011:2018 standard - an international standard for guidance on auditing management systems, which replaces the requirements of the ISO 19011:2012 standard. The purpose of the new standard is to harmonize the requirements of the ISO family of standards in order to reduce ambiguous requirements and increase consistency. In the training, we will focus mainly on the new or expanded requirements defined in the ISO 19011:2018 standard, with special regard to those that are not part of the ISO 19011:2012 standard. Subsequently, you will learn the possibilities of their implementation in practice.

• Performance evaluation, monitoring, measurement and analysis in management systems
• Planning and conducting internal audits
• Application of the new standard in practice and performance of audits
