The goal of the training is to prepare the participants for the effective performance of the function of quality assurance manager, to familiarize them with the basics of quality management systems in accordance with requirements of EN ISO 9001 standard and with the rules of the process approach, to explain them the basics of the Statistical process control (SPC) methods, the Measurement system analysis methodology (MSA) as well as the Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA). At the same time, participants will learn how to correctly use the basic Quality control tools (QC Tools) as well as the most modern methodologies for solving problems or complaints (Global 8D methodology) and the basics of continuous process improvement (Kaizen, Lean Management, etc.).
