Course objectives

Production quality management is one of the key prerequisites for the company's existence. Without the availability of correct and up-to-date information, it is almost impossible to make responsible decisions. One of the key requirements for quality management is the correct setting of the data acquisition system and the way they are passed on to responsible employees. The course points out the factors that affect the quality of products and the ways in which they affect products. The course participants are acquainted with the methods used in product quality control and their practical use. The purpose of the course is for participants to be able to identify errors that occur in products and to be able to eliminate the occurrence of repeated errors during production.

• Explanation of concepts and importance of product quality control
• Impacts affecting the quality of products
• 1 – Incoming inspection - defining and evaluating the quality of inputs to the production process,
• 2 – In-Process inspection - the course of inspection during the production process between individual operations, the possibility of handing over products between operations and workplaces
• 3 – Control of surface treatment - control of technological procedures of surface treatment of products and visual aspects of surface treatment
• 4 – Final inspection - methods and ways of performing output - products verification
• 5 – Checking the assembly and functionality of the product - the functionality of the parts after assembly and monitoring the feedback from the customer
• Metrology in the quality system - measures and gauges used during quality control, uniformity and accuracy of measures, units of measurement and gauges used
• Elimination of nonconforming products and subsequent steps to eliminate the causes
• Motivation of employees to take a responsible approach to product quality control
• Demonstrations of the application of quality control in the automotive industry in Japan and Europe
