The participants will learn the basics of an effective methodology for creating a customer-oriented process model of the organization, as well as evaluation of process performance and continuous improvement. They will also gain the ability to identify key processes, perform process mapping, monitor and measure them. They will learn to set key process indicators (KPIs) and their relationship to setting strategic goals. All these experiences and techniques will be able to be used in practice in their organizations to increase the effectiveness of company management. They will learn methods of monitoring, measuring and evaluating processes. They will be familiar with the related requirements of EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards.
