External quality auditor

Course objectives

Prepare in detail the external / lead auditors for the performance of external audits in organizations, get acquainted with the technique of external audits in organizations and point out the problems that external auditors face in different types of organizations. The auditor will be qualified to perform second and third-party audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.

The course participants are expected to master the application of quality management audit systems at least at the level of leading internal auditors.

• 8 principles of quality management
• Methods used in quality management systems
• Difference between independent audits by the other party and the third party
• Requirements of EN ISO 19011 and audit guidance
• The task and role of the external auditor
• Qualification requirements and competence of the external auditor
• Psychological aspects of the audit and effective communication of the auditor
• Effective management of the initial external audit visit
• Review, monitor and develop the audit program
• Interpretation of the procedure and principles of external audit
• How to evaluate audit findings, categorization of discrepancies
• Audit preparation, simulated audit, audit report
• Certificate award process, regular supervisory audits, accreditation schemes
• Solving specific model situations and practical examples
• Presentation of protocols from external audits and case studies
• Execution of the final professional test

By successfully passing the final test, the participant receives a certificate that entitles him to perform external audits in organizations.
