The objective of the training is to acquire practical skills in the field of project management and to prepare the graduates of the training for the effective performance of the function of project manager. Participants will learn in detail how to define and plan a project, set up a project team, manage the project cycle, create a project report and manage risks. They will also get acquainted with project management methods and project management. Part of the training will be devoted to the most common problems that project managers face in practice.
