The training consists of the following modules:

  • Basics of project management
  • Project preparation and planning


In the first part of the training, participants will be introduced to basic concepts in the field of project management, features and classification of projects, project phases and basic models of the project life cycle. Participants will get acquainted with the various methods and techniques used in project management (network analysis, CPM, PERT, Pareto principle, Gantt chart etc.). Participants will be aware of the differences between project and classic management.

The second part of the training deals with the design and preparation of the project, with the creation of a feasibility study, also with the creation of an analysis of influencers, problems, goals and strategies. Participants will be acquainted with the methodology of the logical framework, the creation of plans for the scope, deadlines and costs of the project, risk planning, the creation of the Gantt chart, swot analysis, Venn diagram and spider diagram.
