The training consists of the following modules:
In the first part of the training, participants will learn how to choose people to join the team, motivate them, provide feedback, monitor their performance, eliminate conflicts, set a culture and rules for creating a common goal.
The second part of the training deals with the principles of planning strategies and measures at risk. Participants will learn methods and techniques for risk elimination, learn to create risk management processes and will know the norms and standards used in risk management.
The training can also be completed as a complete comprehensive education Project management.
