MAQMSR - Minimum Automotive Quality Management System Requirements for Sub-Tier Suppliers

Course objectives

The aim of this training is to provide lower Tier-x level suppliers in the field of Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a comprehensive understanding of the Minimum Automotive Quality Management System Requirements for Sub-Tier Suppliers (MAQMSR). Participants will become familiar with key principles and sections of the IATF 16949 standard, which have been specifically selected to support the development of their own Quality Management Systems (QMS). Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to effectively implement and maintain MAQMSR requirements within their processes, thereby contributing to product compliance, optimization of production processes, and increased overall customer satisfaction within the automotive supply chain. The training emphasizes the practical aspects of complying with quality management system requirements and continuous improvement.
