The objective of the training is to teach participants to look for and name all risks and threats, analyse them, evaluate prioritization and set clear disaster recovery contingency plans to return to normal until the contingency situation passes. Participants will learn the basics and principles of business management in a crisis or emergency and the associated effective communication. They will be acquainted with the methodology of effective crisis planning and everything that needs to be taken into account for a proper functioning of Business Continuity Planning. The last part of the training deals with the connection with other management systems.
