The objective of the course is to teach course participants to use layered process audits as a management tool, to find out whether the work is carried out in accordance with established standards, and at the same time to look for opportunities for improvement. These audits will be performed by all levels of management on the basis of a developed program of layered process audits. The course participant will understand the principles and procedures for managing multi-level process audits according to the CQI-8 standard and at the same time on practical examples from practice. Layered process audits are a specific requirement of some OEMs (e.g. Stellantis, GM, FCA).
