Clear explanation of concepts and definitions.
I would welcome the inclusion of the training in the larger context of embedding the risk management process in the company at different levels of management. Link to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and others.

trainer, humane, friendly but at the same time professional, expert and willing to help with a high dose of patience for trainees
I did not rate the final test very well, the answers and some definitions were not exactly like the text in the study material, and for someone who was familiar with the issue for the first time, and had no previous experience or other study material, it was very difficult to deduce the answer. as for the definition and exact terms, I would expect them to be quoted from the only available material.
