Course objectives

The training consists of the following modules:

• Project management

 

The objective of the training is to integrate project management into the organization and create a project structure. Participants will learn how to properly coordinate projects, delegate and communicate project tasks, design a project control system during the various phases of the project, implement controlling structures, evaluate the effectiveness of projects.

It is possible to participate in this training without completing the previous educational program Project Management I (beginner), Project Management II (advanced) or other education.
