The aim of the training is to explain to the trainees what quality management in the automotive industry is, how it works and what it is based on. To explain terms such as ISO, IATF, PPM, OEM, TIER 1 to X... and many others commonly encountered in automotive plants. Using practical examples from everyday life, we will explain the main methods and tools used in the automotive industry, we will also talk about the handling of non-conforming product and explain why this topic is important and what the consequences of seemingly trivial mistakes in the automotive industry can be.
