As an educational organization, CeMS is constantly expanding platforms that support effective education systems. E-learning is one of the most modern teaching methods. It is a highly effective tool which enables educating participants from anywhere, anytime.
E-learning works as a web application. This system is developed by our IT department especially for you. This is not a system purchased from a third-party, so we can provide you with full teaching support. You don't need anything other than a PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet and an internet connection to start training. No special installations are required.
We will constantly expand our e-learning courses based on your suggestions. We look forward to helping you with continuous improvement and education.
What is the difference between e-learning and online courses on our website?
E-learning is time and professionally designed to provide basic and necessary information on individual topics. After completing the e-learning, the participant will master the basic issues of methods and their application. He or she will know when and where to use each method.
After purchasing e-learning, you will gain access to the training, which you can complete at any time. You can undergo it all at once or gradually in parts. The system will cleverly remember where you left off, and you will then be able to continue your training at any time.
Upon successful completion of e-learning training, you will receive an electronic certificate.
Online training takes place in real time and is interactive. After purchasing the online training, the participant will receive an email with the exact time when it is necessary to register for the training. The participant completes the training with the participation of a lecturer, who can be contacted with any question, either in the form of a chat or directly using a microphone.
Online training lasts at least 4 hours, and some take even several days. The individual topics are discussed in more detail with the possibility of solving specific conditions and practical examples. Online training is especially suitable for participants who need to gain or deepen their knowledge of individual topics in detail. You can find more about online training on our web side.
After completing the online course, you will receive a certificate.
How e-learning from CeMS works
1. Selection of e-learning course:
In the e-learning section, the participant chooses the required training. Individual e- learning can also be found in the training section, where you will find an e-learning icon for methods that also have the possibility of e-learning:
2. Login
E -learnings from CeMS are accessible only to registered participants. This is so that you always have access to the training exactly from the part where you left off, you always have an overview of all purchased e-learning and also access to certificates.
After selecting a specific e-learning, the system will prompt you to log in. If you are with us for the first time, you need to sign up first.
At the top left, you have the option to switch between the options. If you are already registered and have forgotten your password, you also have the option to reset your password.
After logging in/registering, the system will allow you to purchase e-learning.
3. Purchase of e-learning training
The registered participant chooses e-learning training and logs in. He or she then sends an order, on the basis of which the participant receives an information email with instructions for payment for e-learning training. E-learning will not open to you until the cash has been credited to your CeMS account. In the case of payment by card using the payment gateway, you will have the course available immediately after payment.
TIP: To speed up the process, you can send us a confirmation of payment to cems@cems.sk. Upon confirmation, we will automatically open your e-learning.
4. Launch of e-learning
Press the green button at the e-learning course to start the presentation.
Each e-learning training is divided into lessons, which are usually followed by control questions. To successfully complete e-learning training, it is necessary to review all lessons and answer all control questions correctly.
Each lesson has a set duration during which the lesson cannot be skipped. However, if you have already completed the lesson, you can return to it at any time by clicking on the topic in the content on the left side of the screen. The completed lessons are different in colour from the lessons that still need to be completed.
Control questions:
They are in e-learning training after important lessons. They serve to confirm the acquired knowledge. They are compiled in the form of a test and the system will not let you carry on without successfully answering the questions.
5. Completion of e-learning and receipt of a certificate
Upon successful completion of the entire e-learning, the course participant will receive a certificate, which the system will automatically send to his / her email address.
The completed e-learning is always available after logging in to the CeMS system in the My e - learning section.
