Participants will be introduced to the principles of TPM methodology in order to increase equipment performance. They will gain knowledge about the process of implementation of all elements of the TPM concept. They will get acquainted with the procedures used for evaluation and machine capability and reliability increase. The knowledge gained during the training should improve communication with the production department, machines capability as well as the planning process of preventive maintenance based on the technical condition of the machine. The implementation of TPM changes the company culture.
