Process audit is used to monitor and review the production processes. It is an important tool for internal evaluation, but also for the assessment and selection of suppliers. Process audits are used to verify the level of quality control and compliance with product requirements. The VDA 6.3 tool serves as a means to support the zero-defect strategy, and through a detailed analysis of the inputs to the production process, it is possible to identify nonconformity in advance and create room for improvement. During the training, participants will get acquainted with the process audit rules according to the VDA 6.3 standard and will gain professional qualifications for conducting process audits.
The training is not licensed, the lecturer holds a licensed certificate.
