Provide information on SWOT analysis and its implementation in the company. SWOT analysis is a basic strategic tool used to analyse the external and internal views of the company. The workshop is focused on the correct use of the method in society. During the workshop, participants will learn how to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company and how to identify opportunities and threats from the external environment. The use of SWOT analysis is also related to fulfillment of the EN ISO 9001 standard and its use in opportunities and risk identification.
