To prepare the participants of the course for the effective performance of the function of quality manager and work with the quality management system in social services and medical facilities. Participants will get acquainted with the rules of system and process approach in the field of quality management system. They will gain knowledge about these standards (ISO 9001). They will learn how to identify and define processes in the organization. They will gain knowledge for planning and managing the implementation of the quality management system, they will learn the methods of quality assessment in social and health services. The participant will gain knowledge of selected analytical and decision-making methods (Pareto principle, 5W, Ishikawa diagram, PDCA cycle, trend analysis, visualization, 5S), and understand the metrological confirmation system.
