He began his professional career as an EMS Specialist at Toyoda Gosei Czech. He subsequently worked in significant manufacturing companies, where he held the role of Health, Safety & Environment Manager – among others at Pittsburgh Corning ČR, Eberspächer, Faurecia Emissions Control Technologies and BOSAL ČR. In these companies, he participated in the implementation and streamlining of integrated management systems, especially according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and later ISO 50001. He led a number of important projects, such as the BBS (Behavior-Based Safety) program focused on strengthening employee safety behavior, or projects aimed at reducing energy costs within the implementation of the energy management system.

During his career, he has gained valuable experience in various industry segments, especially in the automotive sector. In recent years, he also worked at LEGO, where he was responsible for introducing and coordinating global projects in the field of safety culture across the corporation. As part of his professional activities, he is also engaged in conducting internal and external audits of integrated management systems according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Lecturing experience

Currently, he works as a consultant and lecturer in the fields of integrated management systems, environmental legislation, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 standards and ESG. Thanks to his long-term practice in diverse operations and project management, he is able to provide training participants not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with practical experience and specific examples from practice. His explanation is clear, comprehensible and focused on the application of acquired knowledge in the everyday reality of corporate processes.
