PSCR U - Upgrade of PSB to PSCR

Course objectives

The training is intended for employees who have already completed the basic training "Responsibility for Product Safety" (PSB), actively act as the PSB and are interested in gaining knowledge or qualification for PSCR. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will meet one of the basic specific requirements of the OEM and the requirements of IATF 16949:2016 - point 4.4.1.2. Participants will learn to identify, eliminate and manage risks in the development and production process in a timely manner.

• Basic terminology in the field of product safety responsibility
• Introduction to technical legislation in the automotive industry
• Introduction to the VW Group's specific requirements for PSB and the approach to product safety managemen
• Activities performed as a representative responsible for product safety
• Key elements of the system, impact and management of product safety
• Follow-up to IATF requirements 16949 (Article 4.4.1.2)
• Risk classification, risk management and determination of safety measures
• Product integrity organization
• Product integrity (PI) in the product life cycle
• Recommended actions in case of product deviation
• Practical examples

Training opportunities:

• Completion of PSCR training - Product Safety and Compliance Representative (2 days)
• Completion of PSCR training U – Upgrade of PSB to PSCR (1 day) for PSB certificate holders. When registering for such retraining, it is necessary to send a scan of the original PSB certificate to cems@cems.sk.

The training is not licensed, the lecturer holds a licensed certificate.
