APQP & PPAP
The objective of the course is to provide an effective methodology for the application of progressive product or service quality planning methods (project management), for the creation of control and management plans in accordance with the requirements of AIAG APQP / Control Manual Plan (2nd edition), and for a correct understanding of the approval process requirements. parts for series production in accordance with the PPAP AIAIG manual (4th edition). APQP focuses on meeting customer requirements during the various stages of new product development, monitoring the implementation of key activities, which allows the participant to determine how to minimize potential risks and costs.

- Inputs and outputs required by the customer within the individual stages of the APQP project
- Product and process design and development - feasibility study, product and process validation
- Clarification of the continuity of documents Process flow, Process FMEA and Control plan
- Inspection and management plans (written descriptions of parts and process management systems) for stage:
- Prototype - description of dimensional measurements, description of tests of materials and functional properties, which are performed in the prototype phase
- Verification series - description of dimensional measurements, description of tests of materials and functional properties, which are performed after the prototype phase before series production
- Mass production - documentation of product / process features, process control tools, tests and measurement systems that are performed in "mass" mass production.
- Purpose and objectives of the PPAP process, clarification of the requirements and content of the AIAG PPAP Handbook and requirements under IATF 16949:2016
