Course objectives

Talent Management is a concept of applying a corporate culture based on equal opportunities, working with the potential of the people you surround yourself with. You can choose from two options:

• long-term work on the "evolutionary" transformation of corporate culture and especially the processes in the human resources department
• radical transformation

At the workshop, you will learn which of these options is more suitable for your company and how to use the available Talent Management tools.
