Course objectives

Participants will be able to characterize the patterns and risks of the change process, identify opportunities and plan for effective change, communicate it with each other, manage resistance to it and involve different types of beneficiaries in change through appropriate strategies. They will gain knowledge about the laws and causes of conflicts in the workplace, learn strategies and techniques for conflict management. They will also learn the types of absences and the causes of their occurrence, they will get instructions on how to communicate in the absence of employees, they will learn to prevent the risks of human resources failure.

  • The most common mistakes when implementing changes and resistance management strategies
  • Effective vision communication in the process of change
  • What is a conflict and what are its causes in the workplace
  • Sources and types of conflicts
  • How to effectively manage conflicts - integration, domination, compromise, compliance and avoidance. In which situation to use them, what are their advantages and reserves, self-diagnostics
  • Distinguishing between types of absences, causes of absence and the possibility of revealing the correct cause, individual assessment of absence
  • Options for reducing absences and preventing absences
  • Absence management, absence planning, preparation for the increased number of absences and the resulting risks
