Participants will become familiar with the use of process management tools based on statistical methods. They get information about data properties, their processing and use in reducing process errors. During the training, they will be introduced to basic SPC tools such as control charts and indexes of process capability (Cp, Cpk, Cpm), process performance (Pp, Ppk) and machine capability (Cmk). As part of the training, they will be introduced to the procedure for the successful introduction of SPC. They will also become familiar with the risks involved in using SPC tools.
