SPC III Project of introducing statistical methods in the organization

The objective of the course is to teach the course participants to effectively manage the process of deploying various statistical methods in the organization. The participants will be able to successfully implement statistical methods that contribute to increasing the stability of the production process. They will get acquainted with the models and possibilities of successful applications in other companies and the connection with the Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.

Overview of statistical methods and their application in quality management systems
Practical demonstration of the implementation of selected statistical methods in the organization
Explanation of the implementation procedure, emphasis on the PDCA cycle
Errors that may occur during deployment and the possibility of their elimination
Parameter optimization
Motivation of employees in relation to the application of statistical methods
Assessment of the application of statistical methods by certification bodies in terms of quality management systems according to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 standards.
Practical exercises and case study of introducing statistical methods into practice - creating a project to solve a model situation
