Kanban + Fundamentals of the JIS Production Concept

After completing the training, participants will be able to:

  • Obtain complete overview and explain the principles of push and pull production control systems and understand the advantages of the pull system.
  • Fully understand the concept of Kanban, its types, and its role in material flow management.
  • Feel confident in implementing a functional Kanban system for any service team, including proper sizing and setup.
  • Understand the basic principles and benefits of Just-In-Sequence (JIS) production and its application in modern manufacturing systems.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize pull systems and JIS in their own work environment.
  • Contribute to inventory reduction, shorter lead times, and increased flexibility of production processes.
