Yamazumi chart and line balancing

The goal of the training is to enable participants to:

  • Independently develope and interpret Yamazumi charts for visual analysis of workload and identification of imbalances on production lines.
  • Effectively analyze and identify bottlenecks and sources of waste (MUDA) within the production process.
  • Design and implement solutions for line balancing to optimize workload and increase throughput.
  • Apply Kaizen principles for continuous improvement and verify the effectiveness of implemented changes directly in practice on the Gemba.
  • Improve overall efficiency and productivity of production processes through a systematic approach to line balancing.
