What is the Deming Cycle

Act:

• Implement successful changes: If the plan is successful, expand it on a broader scale.
• Corrections and adjustments: If the plan did not achieve expected results, make necessary adjustments and start a new cycle with new insights.
• Standardization: Ensure that successful processes and procedures are standardized and maintained.
