The training is the basis for conducting process audits in the supply chain in accordance with VDA 6.8 with regard to a process-oriented approach and customer-specific requirements for complex applications in the automotive industry. Participants will learn which requirements are relevant in the areas of project management, planning/execution, supply management, procurement, transport, production and warehouse logistics as well as customer management and how the requirements can be implemented.
