She graduated in Management from the Faculty of Management and Informatics at the University of Žilina.

Since 2002, she has been involved in adult education in the corporate environment in collaboration with training companies. Initially, the educational activities focused on soft skills such as communication and business skills, teamwork, marketing, economics for managers, time and stress management, and the implementation of mystery shopping, mainly in the banking and automotive sectors.

In 2003, she worked as a call center coach at Slovak Telekom, a.s., during the early stages of implementing coaching activities in call centers in Žilina, Košice, and the information line in Bytča. There, she had the opportunity to initiate coaching activities with local senior supervisors and other supervisors. As a call center coach, she planned, coordinated, and evaluated coaching and development activities for approximately 120 agents, including active salespeople and product information line, 25 supervisors, and team leaders, depending on the identified needs and requirements of call center operations. She also served as a coordinator in the adaptation and training process for newly hired employees.

She has been actively involved in leadership activities since 2011 and has since built several successful teams from scratch. Currently, she leads a successful branch of the largest financial company, where she leads a team of salespeople. As a manager, she has created a team that she leads and develops. She handles recruitment and selection, adaptation, education, and development of the department while building additional managerial staff. She monitors and is responsible for the branch's business results and leads business meetings.

In addition to her managerial duties, she currently trains lower, middle, and upper management, HR personnel, supervisors, assistants, salespeople, and company representatives from various fields, including automotive, manufacturing companies, finance, and services in the corporate environment, as well as in open training sessions. Her training focuses primarily on soft skills, business skills, time and stress management, leadership, employee and managerial training and development, teamwork, and HR areas such as recruitment, selection, employee adaptation, talent management, evaluation, rewards, and motivation. Due to her years of experience in coordinating and identifying educational needs in the corporate environment, she also conducts training focused on these needs for educational specialists. She focuses on the professional growth of her clients in the trained areas. Her clients attending the training sessions include employees from large multinational companies, Slovak companies, as well as individuals.
