• Planning the process of headhunting, recruiting and reaching candidates - we will show you where, how and how to use personal approach, contacts, recommendations, relationships, social networks and the Internet
• Headhunting - represents a targeted and thoughtful direction of the job offer to an identified potentially suitable candidate. We will teach you how to effectively manage this time-consuming method, the efficiency of which is the highest thanks to targeting.
• Evaluation - allows you to identify suitable candidates for the position according to the selection criteria. The assistant in assessing technical knowledge and skills is always a qualified technical worker. Social skills, character traits and the ability to effectively manage stress are always assessed by a trained psychologist
• Job preparation and interview training - targeted questions to find out the motivation to work in a given position and loyalty to the future employer
