Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards - MODAPTS

The objective of the training is to clarify the MODAPTS methodology (Modular Arrangement of Predetermined Time Standards) for measuring work performance and determining the time intensity of the assigned work. This can be determined both based on direct measurement (working day image, chronometry, etc.), but also on the basis of indirect measurement (MODAPTS, MTM, MOST, etc.). The output of the work measurement is the time consumption standard. Job analysis and measurement includes a wide range of tools and methods to analyse and measure work performed. It is one of the basic knowledge of industrial engineering. When analysing the work, it is necessary to focus mainly on the identification of waste (Muda / Mura-Muri) in the work processes.
